Success with Somnodent mouth appliance

I was diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea approximately 5 years ago, during studies to find the cause of my high blood pressure. My Cardiologist suggested that I have a sleep study, as he couldn't find a specific reason for my blood pressure.

After diagnosis I hired a CPAP machine for one month. What a disaster. After 3 nights I was in tears at the thought of having to use it again. So 4 and a bit years on I was deteriorating gradually. I heard on the ABC radio about Somnodent device and sought to find out more.

The end result was that I picked up my device two days ago and immediately my husband said that my snoring pretty well stopped and I only stopped breathing for short periods and not as many.

I can already feel that I am less tired.

It is approximately $1400, but well worth it if I get my life back.
